A Show is not appearing in the frontend

Things to check:

  1. Edit the Show
    1. Go to the general tab. Check Video on demand field
    2. Is the show enabled for VOD? (checkmark in field)
    3. Look at the field "Starts at", is there a future date? (With future dates, items will not appear)
  2. If you are using Jetstream, check if there are any publishing restrictions.
  3. If you are using Youtube or Vimeo, check for any restrictions to public access.
  4. Check the Show language and compare to Channel and Website language settings. If the Show and Channel or Website have different languages, this might causes issues.
  5. If the show doesn't have a category, and the collection requires it, it won't appear.
